KBRN, Makassar: Efforts to build a sustainable future in Indonesia are becoming increasingly tangible through the collaboration between PT Emerging Solar Indonesia and Disaster Climate Tech Hub.

Gresik, July 29, 2025 — PT Liku Telaga, a chemical manufacturing company supporting the development of national infrastructure and a subsidiary of PT Lautan Luas Tbk, a raw material supplier and integrated solutions provider with 74 years of experience, has officially commenced the operation of a solar panel system at its plant in Gresik, East Java, through a collaboration with PT Emerging Solar Indonesia (ESI). This initiative reflects Liku Telaga’s commitment to supporting the clean energy transition in the manufacturing sector, which currently accounts for 32.49 percent of pollutant emissions. The initiative also aligns with East Java’s regional government target of increasing the renewable energy mix to 19.56 percent by 2050.
